WJLA: Rail cars refurbished as pop-up shops open at Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro station in Md

BETHESDA, Md. (ABC7) — Portions of old rail cars have been refurbished as pop-up shops which opened Wednesday at the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro station in Bethesda, Maryland.

The old 4000 rail car pop-ups will operate Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for the next six weeks.

Twelve local businesses within the Strathmore Square vendor plaza will share these spaces on a rotating schedule.
