Planning Board approves plans for Strathmore Square

On June 6, we received unanimous Planning Board approval for our Strathmore Square Preliminary Plan. This is a significant milestone for the project and we appreciate the community’s valuable input, suggestions, and support, at every step along the way.

The hearing marked the final approvals for the overall site concept, and we can now turn our attention to the more specific plans for each parcel. We are very excited to translate our vision into reality.
