Planning Board approves plans for Strathmore Square

On November 8, the Montgomery County Planning Board unanimously approved our Sketch Plan application to redevelop the area surrounding the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro station. Thank you to everyone who wrote to the Planning Board and testified in support of our vision to create a transit-oriented, walkable and vibrant residential and arts-centric community atop of Metro.
