There’s something new coming to the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro.

Get ready for the vibrant emergence of Strathmore Square.  Fivesquares Development is transforming the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro station in North Bethesda, adjacent to the renowned Music Center at Strathmore, from a surface parking lot into a visionary community centered on the arts, culture, a beautiful central open space and bikeways for engaged, healthful living.

The first building broke ground in late 2022 and is expected to deliver early 2024.

Designed by renowned architecture firm Deborah Berke Partners and landscape architects Mahan Rykiel, the two buildings have a combined total of 220 luxurious units.

This unique development offers an array of amenities including a serene pool deck, state-of-the-art gym, rejuvenating sauna, treatment room, and inviting spaces thoughtfully created for work, relaxation, and socializing.
